Overview Join our team as a Shop Assistant at Honor Screenprinting & Embroidery, a veteran-owned screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products business in Junction City! In this hands-on role, you'll support our production process, helping bring quality apparel and promotional products to life while keeping our shop running smoothly. No prior experience is necessary, just a positive attitude, good work ethic, and eagerness to learn. Duties Prep garments, screens, inks, and materials for printing and embroidery runs Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment, following safety and cleanliness protocols Help monitor print and embroidery quality during production, making adjustments as needed under supervision Pull, fold, and prepare completed orders Maintain an organized workspace and help manage inventory of supplies Handle shipping and receiving Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards Requirements Entry level, no experience required Strong attention to detail Good work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn technical skills related to screen printing and embroidery machinery References required Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available.
