Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues as they arise. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and objectives. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold safety and productivity standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in manufacturing or related fields are a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
