Duties Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently, including power tools and manual handling tools Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure product specifications are met accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing area, adhering to safety standards and protocols Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and document production data accurately Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements Handle heavy lifting safely while following all safety protocols in the manufacturing environment Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity machining or metal working Knowledge of mechanical concepts, hand tools, power tools, and technical drawing interpretation Ability to interpret production documents and follow detailed instructions precisely Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs or adjustments on equipment Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles Physical capability for manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Able to read, write and communicate in English Join us as a Production Operator where your skills will directly impact our manufacturing excellence!
