Hours:
4:30pm-2:00am Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays) Want to put your industrial painting skills to work? We're looking for an experienced Production Paint Associate with hands-on experience mixing and applying 2K two-component paint systems in a fast-paced production environment. You'll prepare, mask, spray, inspect, and touch up parts while ensuring a high-quality professional finish. Don't miss this temporary opportunity in Olathe, KS. Production Paint Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
  • Mix and apply 2K automotive/industrial paint systems (Part A and Part B) according to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform detail masking and demasking to ensure clean, accurate paint lines and protect non-painted surfaces
  • Operate spray equipment and maintain proper paint thickness and finish quality
  • Inspect painted parts for defects and perform touch-ups when necessary
  • Follow production schedules while meeting quality standards
Production Paint Associate Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for entire shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Knowledge of spray guns, paint booths, and paint mixing equipment
