Summary:
The Embroidery Operator will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create designs on various types of fabrics and materials. The operator will be required to set up and operate the machines, select the appropriate thread and needles, and ensure that the designs are created according to the specifications provided. The operator will also be responsible for maintaining the machines, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring that the work area is clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
Operate embroidery machines to create designs on various types of fabrics and materials Set up and operate machines, select appropriate thread and needles, and ensure designs are created according to specifications Maintain machines, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure work area is clean and organized Communicate with team members to ensure that production goals are met Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience operating embroidery machines preferred Ability to read and interpret design specifications Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
