Job Description

Position Summary Grandview Cabinetry is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team. Production Team Members support the manufacturing of high-quality cabinetry by performing assembly, machine operation, finishing, material handling, packaging, or other production-related work. Specific assignments are based on experience, demonstrated skills, and current production needs. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training for individuals who are willing to learn, work safely, and contribute to the team. Key Responsibilities Perform assigned production and manufacturing tasks accurately and efficiently Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Operate tools, machinery, and production equipment after completing required training Inspect materials and completed work for defects or quality concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Meet established expectations for quality, productivity, and attendance Communicate material, equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervision Work collaboratively with employees and supervisors throughout the facility Assist in other production areas based on operational needs
Qualifications Required:
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to learn new tasks and production processes Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred:
Previous manufacturing, construction, woodworking, assembly, finishing, or machine-operation experience Experience using hand tools, power tools, or production equipment High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the scheduled shift Ability to regularly bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, dust, machinery, and varying temperatures Ability to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment Reasonable accommodations may be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities.
