Production Assembly Associate Summary:

Andax is looking for motivated team members to join our production team. The Production Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling Andax products through various stages of the manufacturing process, working as part of a team to meet daily production and quality standards. We offer a great work environment in a clean, air-conditioned facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Work in a team environment producing Andax Products according to product specifications and quality standards Learn various aspects of our production process Meet daily production goals Assist where needed to keep production flowing Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Must be 18 years old (High School Diploma Preferred) Strong attendance record and ability to work well in a team setting No experience necessary - full on-the-job training provided

Physical Requirements:

Must be physically capable of performing the duties of this role Must be able to traverse facility and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time

Our production facility is climate-controlled year-round, with clean workstations, breakrooms, and restrooms. Employee health and safety are a top priority.
