Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join the Finishing Department. In this role, you will assist with the assembly of truck beds and support powder coating and paint finishing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and want to be part of a team producing high-quality products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble truck bed components according to specifications Assist with powder coating and paint finishing processes Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Dress Code Steel-toe boots required Jeans with no rips or holes No clothing displaying offensive language or images
