Temp-to-Hire Schedule Information Sunday-Thursday 10:30 PM-7:00 AM 3rd shift Climate-controlled facility Production Associate Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal production instructions Strong attention to detail when assembling and inspecting small parts Ability to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork Previous production or assembly experience preferred Key Responsibilities Assist with the production of small motors used in vehicle windows and windshield wipers. Assemble and handle components according to work instructions. Inspect parts for visible defects and report quality concerns. Keep materials and finished products organized. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Support production goals and perform other assigned tasks.
