About the Role As a Production Scheduling Specialist, you will serve as the architect of our manufacturing workflow, balancing complex demand signals with operational capacity. By leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure that our production output consistently meets customer expectations while maximizing resource utilization. Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive production schedules that align with fluctuating customer order volumes and inventory targets. Drive material readiness by partnering with procurement and logistics teams to eliminate supply chain bottlenecks. Optimize manufacturing throughput by proactively adjusting schedules in response to real-time production performance and demand shifts. Transform raw production data into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and reduce lead times. Maintain lean inventory levels, balancing the need for product availability with the goal of minimizing carrying costs. Facilitate transparent communication across departments to ensure stakeholders are informed of production milestones and potential risks. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine workflows and elevate overall manufacturing quality standards. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Demonstrated success in a production planning or master scheduling capacity. Advanced proficiency in ERP/production planning software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex logistical challenges. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination. Preferred Skills Practical experience applying lean manufacturing principles to industrial environments. Proven track record of improving process efficiency through data analysis. Strong organizational capabilities with a focus on high-precision execution.
