This position plays a key role in preparing, assembling, and packaging high-quality baked goods while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Production Line Assembly:

Assist on the fast-paced assembly line preparing baked goods, applying toppings, and organizing products for baking and finishing.

Packaging & Labeling:

Inspect finished products, pack items into boxes/containers, and apply accurate product and shipping labels.

Quality Assurance:

Perform routine visual quality checks to ensure all items meet weight, appearance, and consistency specifications.

Equipment & Process Monitoring:

Operate and monitor basic bakery production machinery safely and efficiently, reporting any equipment malfunctions promptly.

Sanitation & Food Safety:

Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety standards.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:

Previous experience in food manufacturing, assembly lines, or commercial baking operations. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard food safety standards (HACCP/SQF). Prior experience operating packaging machinery or high-volume food processing equipment.
