Erlanger, KY Production Line Associate Requirements/Qualifications Strong, reliable work history required. Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work. Ability to occasionally lift over 25 pounds and, on rare occasions, lift 50 pounds or more. Ability to load production lines and operate a pallet jack. Understanding of basic workplace safety principles, including proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to follow verbal instructions. Basic math skills required. Ability to complete handwritten or computer-based forms accurately. Must be comfortable working in an environment with hot or cold temperatures, noise, slippery surfaces, and potential exposure to spilled products, broken glass, and cleaning chemicals. About the Production Line Associate Role As a Production Line Associate, your responsibilities will include: Load products and materials onto production lines. Operate a pallet jack to move materials as needed. Perform lifting and material handling tasks. Follow verbal instructions to complete assigned production activities. Complete handwritten or computer-based forms to document work activities and results. Apply basic math skills during assigned tasks. Follow proper lifting procedures and use required PPE.
