Job Description Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a General Utility Associate.
General Utility Associate Job Details Schedule :
B Crew Pay Rate:
$19.00/hr

Florence, KY General Utility Associate Requirements/Qualifications Manufacturing experience required. Plastics manufacturing experience is a strong plus. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to safely operate production equipment. Ability to complete production paperwork accurately. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Strong listening and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Ability to perform material handling, palletizing, and general production duties. About the General Utility Associate Role As a General Utility Associate, your responsibilities will include: Work closely with plant employees to maintain a safe work environment. Start and operate mixers and production lines. Ensure production lines have the materials needed to operate efficiently. Empty production lines into pallets for work-in-process or finished goods. Count and track inventory produced throughout the shift. Help track production downtime and its cause. Ensure the correct packaging materials are used for each product type. Build pallets to keep up with production output. Load and unload trucks. Stage products in the correct locations. Stage, load, and label shipments accurately to ensure the correct products are shipped. Perform periodic quality inspections visually or with appropriate tools. Complete required production paperwork. Maintain clean and organized work areas using the 6S process. Perform additional production and facility duties as assigned.
