Our Line Leads help their team succeed by having open and transparent communication and being a resource for team members to learn and grow.

Wednesday-SaturdayWhat Youll Be Responsible ForTeam Leadership Assist with interview process and tours In collaboration with Farm Supervisor, manage Team Member monthly training Ensuring the team is operating packaging machinery in a safe and efficient mannerDepartment Metrics Manage yield expectations and daily task progress to meet target Setup and Start Up checks Perform quality checks on all equipment Complete Pre-Op checklist

Daily Checks and Measurements General Operations:
