Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food prep and handling Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Upsell menu items to increase sales while maintaining a friendly, non-intrusive approach Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones following food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering great food and memorable experiences!
