Florence, KY Line Support Associate Requirements/Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Must be flexible and willing to rotate between different positions on the production line. Strong attention to detail and product quality. Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment. Reliable personal transportation required; rideshare and bus transportation are not permitted. Jeans without rips or holes required. Steel-toe boots without mesh required. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, face shields, aprons, sleeves, gloves, and chemical suits. About the Line Support Associate Role As a Line Support Associate, your responsibilities will include: Support liquid bottling production operations. Place empty bottles onto the production line. Secure and screw caps onto bottles. Apply labels accurately to products. Assemble boxes for finished products. Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs. Rotate between different positions on the production line based on operational needs. Maintain production speed while meeting quality expectations. Follow established procedures when working around liquid and chemical products. Wear all required PPE while performing assigned duties. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company production and safety procedures.
