Job Summary

• The role of this position is to support Process Tech Team in coordination of activities of production workers including production areas and other related duties concerning the production of company products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Team Member to convey all safety or quality issues left in the pass down from previous shift.
• Support Team Member to check supply inventory of each process.
• Support with 5s activity in work areas
• Check Team Member clothing and PPE for Safety & Mutilation prevention.
• Report any findings to Sr. Team Lead immediately.
• Ensure safety rules are always followed.
• Inspect processes daily for potential safety concerns.
• Train Team Members on all safety items pertaining to process.
• Inspect Team Members clothing and PPE is being worn properly.
• Able to understand the production plan and work without a predetermined tact time
• Provide support to team members who are behind in their work
• 100% proficiency in all assigned procedures.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds as needed throughout the day.
• Must be a team player.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Able to work all shifts.

Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is locating in an office/plant environment and may be exposed to regularly to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise level.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
