Job Description

What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily quarry operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets Supervise and support equipment operators and plant personnel to ensure efficient workflow Monitor site conditions and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance Schedule and prioritize work activities to optimize equipment utilization and productivity Train, coach, and guide team members while promoting continuous improvement and teamwork What Are We Looking For Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a production environment Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational best practices Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting Working knowledge of quarry operations, mobile equipment, and production processes Ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt to changing operational needs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
