Hebron, KY Production Sewing Associate Requirements/Qualifications No previous sewing experience required; training is provided. Strong attention to detail required. Must have steady hands and the ability to perform precise, repetitive work. Must be interested in a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity. Ability to follow instructions and established production procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Must be flexible and willing to assist in assembly or the machine shop based on business needs. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required. Ability to work safely and maintain consistent product quality. About the Production Sewing Associate Role As a Production Sewing Associate, your responsibilities will include: Sew webbing straps and other production materials. Sew components onto straps, including buckles, labels, and winches. Inspect work to ensure components are attached accurately and securely. Perform detailed and repetitive sewing tasks. Follow established production instructions and quality standards. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process. Assist with assembly duties when needed. Support machine shop operations based on business needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with team members to meet production and quality goals.
