• Production Operator

• , you'll play an important role in the production, packaging, and shipment of graphite products in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• What You'll Do
• + Bag, palletize, wrap, and stage products for shipment.

+ Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. + Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments. + Perform quality checks on products, bags, and pallets. + Support shipping, receiving, and inventory organization. + Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures. + Work closely with a small, team-oriented production crew.

• What We're Looking For
• + 1+ year of manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience. + Forklift experience preferred. + High school diploma or GED. + Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift. + Comfortable working in a dusty, hot, and physically demanding environment. + Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
