What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Associate (Material Handler), you'll help keep our printing operation running smoothly by: Removing printed materials from the press and stacking them on pallets Checking printed products for quality issues like smears or folding problems Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility Counting, labeling, and organizing materials Bundling and preparing products for the next stage of production Using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move materials Assisting the press crew with job setup, including handling printing plates Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Pitching in on other projects as needed What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience—we'll provide training! We're looking for someone who: Has a high school diploma or GED Can follow written and verbal instructions Has basic math and reading skills Enjoys working as part of a team Is dependable, motivated, and ready to learn Can safely lift and move materials and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. You'll spend much of your day standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials.

You should be comfortable:

Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 20 pounds Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for most of the shift. Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and material handling activities throughout the shift. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moving equipment and varying noise levels.
