Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Utility Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will drive operational excellence! In this vital role, you will support the manufacturing process by handling materials, operating equipment, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Responsibilities Inspect pallets for damaged bottles and identify products requiring rework. Feed boxes into a production machine. Assemble boxes and properly insert dividers. Lift materials weighing up to 40 lbs. overhead . Manually stack boxes and finished products. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Follow established production and safety procedures. Perform additional production or utility duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is a plus. Ability to repeatedly lift and move materials throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. overhead . Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail when inspecting products for damage. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Must follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements. Physical Requirements This is a physically active position requiring frequent standing, walking, reaching, lifting, assembling, and manual stacking.
