CMWA Facility Key Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently Load, unload, and inspect automotive wheel components Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company work instructions Assist with material handling, basic assembly, and production line tasks Report any equipment issues, defects, or concerns to supervisors Maintain consistent attendance and meet daily production requirements

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality required Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
