Job Duties Perform tool changes and leak tests following established work instructions. Operate machining equipment, including Chiron drills, Okuma lathes. Conduct hardness testing to verify product quality and specifications. Re-balance, inspect, and palletize finished parts for shipment or additional processing. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards. Use hand and power tools to deburr, grind, buff, and finish machined components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and standard operating instructions. Assist with other production duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or machining experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Physical Capabilities Stand and walk for up to 8 or more hours per shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and grasping throughout the shift. Work safely around machinery and moving equipment. What You Will Do As a Production Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks that help create quality finished products.
