Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule Information Monday-Friday 4:00 PM-12:30 AM Production Associate Requirements Ability to read and follow standardized work instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with production equipment Ability to take accurate measurements and inspect completed components Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to follow PPE, environmental, and workplace-safety requirements Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills Flexibility to cross-train and complete different production assignments Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Key Responsibilities Perform process-control, startup, and operator-maintenance checks. Identify and use production materials according to established procedures. Make approved process, job, and machine adjustments. Collect the materials, tools, and equipment required for production. Align materials and assemble components manually or with production equipment. Take precision measurements to verify proper component fit. Inspect completed components to ensure quality standards are met. Complete scheduled die changes. Record daily production output and maintain scrap and efficiency charts. Notify the team leader or supervisor of production, quality, or equipment concerns. Follow

Participate in required training and cross-training. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
