Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards. Willingness to complete company training and safety certifications. LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) certification preferred for advanced production roles. Experience Requirements Experience working in a production environment. Experience performing quality inspections and documenting production records. Ability to use measuring tools such as gauges, scales, and other inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus. Ability to train in multiple job functions and support cross-functional production operations. Physical Capabilities Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with team assistance when required. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and grasping throughout the shift. Ability to consistently handle and assemble small components. Must be able to work overtime as needed to meet production demands. Comfortable working around moving machinery, loud noise levels, and varying indoor temperatures while wearing required PPE. Job Duties Inspect, assemble, package, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment. Read work orders and production schedules to ensure accurate product quantities and specifications. Perform visual quality inspections and verify product standards using gauges, scales, and measuring equipment. Pack, seal, label, identify, and stack finished products according to company procedures. Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately. Perform basic equipment checks, minor maintenance tasks, and report mechanical or electrical issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Follow all safety guidelines, production procedures, and quality standards while supporting additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
