40.0 Responsibilities Assist with production•cutting, shaping, finishing, and checking products Do hands-on tasks like layup, molding, lamination, trimming, and finishing Run production equipment and hand tools safely and correctly Mix and apply resins, gel coats, and other materials as instructed Check finished products for defects, correct sizing, and overall quality Follow step-by-step instructions for each stage of production Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipping or storage Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Wear required safety gear (PPE), including a respirator when needed Tell your supervisor about equipment problems, safety issues, or quality concerns Hit daily production goals while keeping quality high Work well with teammates and other shifts to keep production moving Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required•we'll train you! Able to read and follow written instructions and safety rules Basic math (measuring, counting, simple calculations) Good with your hands and willing to learn new production skills Able to stand, bend, and move around for 8-12 hour shifts Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Able to work around fumes, dust, and temperature changes common in fiberglass manufacturing Comfortable wearing PPE (respirator, gloves, protective clothing) for long periods Good hand-eye coordination for detailed finishing and inspection work System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
