In this energetic role, you will operate machinery, handle materials, and ensure the smooth flow of production lines. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery following safety standards and production protocols Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to assemble components accurately Interpret technical drawings, production documents, and work orders to meet specifications Conduct manual handling and heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials within the facility Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety and quality standards Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Follow safety protocols rigorously, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of heavy or hazardous materials Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity in assembly line operations Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, technical drawing interpretation, and the use of measuring instruments Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques is a plus Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in managing production or assembly teams is advantageous Comfortable working with warehouse management systems and interpreting manufacturing documentation Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments, including adherence to safety protocols and manual handling procedures Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing!
