Overview:

Precision Staffing is seeking dependable Line Workers to join a fast-paced production team in Walton, Kentucky. Our client is a manufacturer of high-quality hand sanitizer and hygiene products for commercial and retail markets. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for candidates looking for consistent hours, hands-on work, and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

Follow all safety regulations, company SOPs, and work instructions Load conveyors with components Assemble and label boxes and containers Inspect components and finished goods for quality Palletize and move finished goods to staging areas using a pallet jack Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions Flexible availability, including potential overtime

Physical Requirements:

Lift 5-20 pounds frequently; 30-50 pounds occasionally Reach and lift overhead Crouch and lift from floor level Operate a pallet jack Walk, stand, or sit up to 95% of the day Work in temperatures between 50° F and 85°
