Schedule & Pay 2nd
Shift:
5:00 PM-3:30 AM $15.75/hour 10-hour shifts Typically Monday-Friday, with Saturdays required as needed based on production Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 40-60 hours per week , depending on production needs Overtime availability is required
Important:
2nd-shift employees initially train on 1st shift , so candidates must be available for daytime training What You'll Be Doing Production Associates are responsible for machining and/or assembling automotive production parts while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities may include:
Operating production and machining equipment Assembling manufactured parts Performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining attention to detail Inspecting and measuring parts to ensure quality standards are met Identifying defects or abnormalities and following proper procedures Completing production tracking and other required documentation Checking machine fluid levels and assisting with basic equipment upkeep Packaging and labeling completed parts Maintaining required production pace within an assigned work cell Following all company safety and quality procedures Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Steady and dependable work history Strong attendance and punctuality Previous manufacturing/factory experience preferred Experience in other fast-paced, structured positions requiring prolonged standing may also be considered Ability to perform basic math and follow written instructions Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus Strong attention to detail Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and remaining at an assigned workstation Ability to work at an established production pace Team-oriented and willing to learn Interested in a long-term opportunity Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Stand for up to 10 hours Frequently lift 10-40 lbs Repeatedly bend and squat Reach and move arms overhead Grasp and handle both small and large parts Perform repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements Safely maneuver throughout a manufacturing facility Work Environment This position is performed in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility . Employees work around production machinery and must consistently follow established safety procedures. There is room for growth and additional training for employees who demonstrate strong attendance, performance, and reliability.
