Position Title:
Maintenance FLL Pay Rate :
$99,000-$124,500 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
Supports and leads safety efforts at Bogalusa Mill that include an injury-free environment through role modeling safe behavior, active involvement in safety activities and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Completes the First Line Leader (FLL) Onboarding/Proficiency Curriculum. Coordinates and leads efforts to support high performance work teams. Leadership role in ensuring team member relations, efforts, and processes are in place to maximize team member engagement and results. Leads provides guidance, and/or supports teams as needed to achieve team goals, daily responsibilities, and overall mill goals. Manages daily shift operations in their assigned area while focusing on continuous improvement. Provides constructive and positive feedback, coaching, support, and performance management to ensure all team members have a positive, productive, and safe work environment. Communicates as needed with team members and mill leadership for resolution of safety, quality, cost, production, and personnel issues. Communicates and lead the application of facility policies and standards. Hold meaningful one-to-one discussions with members of crew; set clear expectations for both team and individuals and motivate team members to strive for success. Coach employees to be safety leaders and/while leading by example. Provide leadership to troubleshoot operation issues. Understands and meets internal and external customer requirements. Develops, maintains, and uses reliable methods for all processes and their improvements. Assists other team members in the mill as necessary to minimize downtime and maintain quality. Maintains and develops team relationships with a positive attitude that instills confidence in personal leadership ability. Manage Lockout/ Hot Work and Vessel entry programs. The Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge You Will Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. 2+ years of operations, maintenance, and/or engineering experience in a paper manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills required. Demonstrates a successful leadership ability in a manufacturing environment, including safety leadership. Must have a high level of integrity, motivation, and leadership to develop and lead others. Excellent skills in organizing, planning, priority setting, and time management, with proven ability to adapt to sudden changes in the work environment. Ability to effectively facilitate problem solving or conflict resolution processes.
