Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our brick manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality bricks while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and commitment to safety are essential. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment used in the brick manufacturing process, following standard operating procedures. Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues that may arise during manufacturing. Maintain high-quality standards by inspecting finished products and ensuring they meet company specifications. Follow safety protocols consistently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Assist in preparing raw materials and loading/unloading products as needed. Keep work areas clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and improve processes. Experience Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of safety standards related to industrial or manufacturing settings is advantageous. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain focus during repetitive tasks. Strong attention to quality standards in production processes. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
