Safety and amazing quality are our main goals, but safety always comes first. Production Team Members are self-starters responsible for operating the line in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring quality standards and schedule adherence are maintained. Production Team Members work in a variety of areas such as packaging, roasting, and sanitation, while standing/walking for long periods of time. This position also requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, document and sample collection to meet quality checks, make adjustments and repairs to machines and take initiative to ensure work is done correctly.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

Performs all tasks in a safe manner, adhering to Company work rules. Meet Company's expectations of its' Basic Beliefs. Builds packing boxes and/or trays for bulk product. Places product labels on pouches and shipping boxes as needed. Ensures that pouches are correctly filled and sealed. Packs sealed pouches into prepped shipping boxes. Gathers ingredients and raw material from the warehouse, or pre-production storage area Performs Lot code verification. Carries out basic quality and testing checks Inspects and sorts raw materials for quality. Measures ingredients for roasting and mixing. Loads ingredients into totes for roasting. Follow all established safe chemical usage policies Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse Packs goods for shipping Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders Maintains equipment and work areas Performs housekeeping and cleaning duties, according to Company SSOP's Other tasks as required

Requirements:

Previous food manufacturing and/or Warehouse experience preferred Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours Reliable transportation to and from work. High level of attentiveness Flexibility in doing multiple types of work Ability to complete repetitive tasks

Education & Certifications Desired:

High School diploma or GED preferred Forklift certification is a plus

Knowledge Skills & Abilities Desired:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, good manufacturing processes, and general instructions. Effective communication skills are required Must be able to work safely around food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame Ability to work safely around/with automated and semi-automated machinery. Must possess basic computer aptitude Able to work with and around cleaning chemicals and perform all sanitation duties Able to work as part of a team Have good attendance record and able to comply with the attendance policy Basic math skills
