9:00 AM - 5:30 PM We are hiring a detail-oriented Shipping and Kitting Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This is a hands-on warehouse role responsible for material handling, kitting operations, and supporting production workflow in compliance with FDA and cGMP standards . This position requires a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a regulated environment. Candidates must be comfortable standing for the full shift . Key Responsibilities Perform kitting room operations including material issuance, preparation, and delivery to production Execute accurate ERP transactions (Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar system) for all material movements Operate warehouse systems, printers, computers, and related equipment as trained Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas at all times Perform material handling using pallet jacks and other transport equipment (training provided) Assist with material preparation tasks such as raw material processing and support activities Complete end-of-shift cleanup, including workstation organization and waste removal Communicate shift handoff updates and production issues clearly to incoming staff Follow all safety procedures and ergonomic lifting practices Support inventory cycle counts, stocking, and general warehouse duties Assist other departments as needed (warehouse, shipping, receiving, packaging) Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement activities Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) 1+ year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred Ability to read work instructions and communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Ability to work independently and in a team environment Comfortable standing and moving for the full 8-hour shift Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for up to 8 hours per shift (no sitting) Ability to lift and move up to 30-50 lbs. regularly Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching (above shoulder and below waist) Safe operation of manual and electric pallet jacks Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance This is an excellent opportunity to gain manufacturing, kitting, and warehouse operations experience in a regulated production environment.
