The Production Operator II is responsible for independently performing electronic and mechanical assembly of PCBAs, subassemblies, and finished products. This role involves manual component placement, operating automated manufacturing equipment, performing quality inspections, completing production documentation, and ensuring products meet established safety, quality, and customer requirements.
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or electronics assembly experience . Hands-on experience with electronic and mechanical assembly , hand tools, and automated manufacturing equipment. Ability to read BOMs, assembly drawings, routers, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation . Experience with manual electronic component placement and product inspection.
IPC-A-610 CIS
certification and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt . EMS manufacturing experience and ERP/MES system experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to follow ESD, PPE, 5S, safety, and quality procedures . Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs . #
