•Friday Temp to Direct Job Description Perform electronic and mechanical assembly of printed circuit boards, subassemblies, and finished products. Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, BOMs, routers, and established manufacturing procedures. Perform hand placement of electronic components and other manual assembly operations. Operate automated production equipment and complete basic equipment setup and material replenishment. Perform in-process visual inspections to verify workmanship, component placement, and overall product quality. Complete production documentation, ERP transactions, and manufacturing records accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or electronics assembly experience. Experience performing electronic and mechanical assembly using hand tools and automated equipment. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, BOMs, routers, and manufacturing documentation.

IPC-A-610

certification and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred. Experience with ERP or MES systems and basic knowledge of IPC workmanship standards preferred.
