About the Role We're hiring a Production Associate to join a small, hands-on production team in Bolton, Massachusetts. The company develops and manufactures physical simulation models used for medical training. This role involves building, assembling, finishing, and inspecting products that require attention to detail and consistent workmanship. You do not need previous experience making medical simulation products. We're interested in people who are comfortable working with their hands and take pride in doing precise, high-quality work. Relevant experience can come from manufacturing, auto body, construction, home repair, maintenance, food production or kitchen work, fabrication, assembly, woodworking, painting/finishing, or another hands-on environment . Training will be provided for job-specific materials, processes, and production methods as needed. What You'll Do Build and assemble simulation models using molds, epoxy, paint, adhesives, and finishing materials. Sand, buff, smooth, and finish parts according to established specifications. Safely operate hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and similar equipment. Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and consistency before it moves to the next production stage. Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and production processes. Prepare materials and work areas for production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and routine upkeep. Track materials and supplies used during production. Work closely with a small production team to meet daily and weekly goals. Ask questions and work with a supervisor whenever instructions or specifications are unclear rather than working around established processes. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on work experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, auto body, construction, home repair, maintenance, food service/kitchen work, fabrication, painting/finishing, or a similar physical trade or work environment. Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, equipment, or other hands-on processes. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. Ability and willingness to learn new production techniques and materials. Dependable and able to follow established instructions and procedures. Comfortable working as part of a small team and communicating openly with coworkers and supervisors. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to stand, bend, move around, and remain physically active throughout an 8-hour shift. Ability to work full-time on-site in Bolton, Massachusetts. Location This is a full-time, on-site position in Bolton, Massachusetts . Candidates should be able to commute reliably to Bolton.
