Full Job Description Associate Production Scientist Location:
Canton, MA, USA Astrea Bioseparations is seeking a motivated Associate Production Scientist to join our growing Operations team in Canton, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a scientific background who enjoys hands-on laboratory and production work and wants to play an important role in delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will support the production of established and developmental products, ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with quality standards, standard operating procedures, and health and safety requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate production records, carrying out quality control activities, supporting logistics processes, and helping to ensure production equipment and workspaces are maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong practical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, contributing ideas for process improvements and supporting continuous development within the production team. Ideally, you will have qualifications in a science-related subject, along with some experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment. Strong organisational skills, computer literacy, and a commitment to quality and safety are essential.
