Our assortment features hand-printed designs and superior craftsmanship. We work with a carefully curated group of partners throughout the USA to engineer a new standard in the premium gifting and dog segment. With our flagship store on Nantucket and growing logo collaborations, we are looking for individuals who are eager to grow with us. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who enjoys learning new things for our Operations and Production Specialist position. Based in our Massachusetts factory, this role will focus on cutting fabric and using sublimation printing to create our unique dog gear. We will provide comprehensive training for each process. This position also includes fulfilling store and web orders via Shopify and offers great exposure to a fast-growing retail business. This position could also include web development and marketing for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut fabrics
• Print & press custom designs onto fabrics
• Track fabric, ink, labels & other input quantities to communicate reordering of raw materials
• Pack & ship e-commerce & wholesale orders
• Inspect and ship inventory to store locations
• Work with the sewing team to prioritize sewing workflow based on business needs
• Work directly with Founder to help manage the production process

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Ability to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time
• A positive and adaptable attitude, a strong desire to learn, close attention to detail, and motivation to work quickly & efficiently

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
