About Us LympheDIVAs was founded in 2006 by two women frustrated that compression garments were rough, heavy, and anything but beautiful. Twenty years later, we're still on a mission to create medical compression garments that people are actually proud to wear — designed for women and men living with lymphedema, made with real style and comfort in mind. We're a small, proudly American-made business based in Dalton, MA. The Opportunity We're looking for a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll help take our garments from intake through quality testing, printing, and packaging, all the way to a customer's door. We're a small team, so your work here has real, visible impact. We take care of our people the way we take care of our customers: with respect. What You'll Do Production & Printing Receive and process incoming garments, including quality inspection and trimming Label garments and press patterns using heat presses and printing equipment Operate large-format printers as part of our production line Quality & Inventory Perform quality assurance testing using our testing equipment Accurately count and record inventory Fulfillment Pack and ship customer orders Team & Workplace Partner with Customer Service and the rest of the production team to keep customers happy Help keep our workspace organized and clean Pitch in on other tasks as needed — we're a small team and we support each other What You'll Bring Energy, self-motivation, and sharp attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tasks A respectful, friendly, team-first attitude Comfort working both independently and as part of a team The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks The physical stamina for extended periods of sitting, standing, or moving around Basic computer entry skills Nice to have: experience with large-format printers, heat presses, production graphics, manufacturing, or quality inspection.
