In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring that products are made efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic food production environment. You will work closely with team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety and sanitation protocols. We provide job training in multiple languages. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery following safety and operational procedures. Assist in the preparation, packaging, and assembly of food products in compliance with USDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas to ensure compliance with sanitation standards and prevent contamination. Monitor product quality throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any deviations from quality standards. Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods using ERP (training provided). Follow safety standards in production to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with team leaders to meet daily production targets while adhering to regulatory/legal compliance standards in food processing. Experience Previous experience working in a food processing plant or manufacturing environment preferred but not required. Knowledge of food industry regulations such as USDA regulations, HACCP, GMP, and food safety management practices. Familiarity with manufacturing management systems like ERP is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks. Experience managing or working within food & beverage production teams is advantageous. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures, packaging processes, and continuous improvement initiatives in a food processing setting. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
