Our client is seeking a dedicated Flexographic Assistant Press Operator to join their team and support the efficient operation of their web-fed die cutter. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities of the Flexographic Assistant Press Operator Assist in make-ready processes, operating, and maintaining the web-fed die cutter. Identify, troubleshoot, and correct product issues to ensure quality standards. Follow the direction of the Operator to support seamless production. Participate in daily preventative maintenance on the web-fed die cutter. Assist with flexographic printing tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to achieve optimal production outcomes. Adhere to production schedules and complete production logs accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements of the Flexographic Assistant Press Operator Experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team. Basic understanding of flexographic printing processes is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain focus and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. Compensation/Benefits for the
