Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Feeder Catcher to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through our production line by accurately catching, sorting, and handling items as they move along the packaging and assembly processes. Your proactive approach will help maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to producing top-quality products while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards. Duties Monitor folding and gluing conveyor systems and identify items requiring manual catching or sorting to ensure continuous production flow while maintaining quality control Inspect finished goods and raw materials to make sure they meet company and customers standards. Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand tools to move raw materials, components, or finished goods within the warehouse or production area Assist with packaging operations by preparing materials, assembling packaging components, and ensuring proper labeling in accordance with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) Interpret production documents and work instructions accurately to meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements such as FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and GMP standards Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, performing inventory checks, and ensuring safe material handling practices at all times Skills Quality control Proficiency in interpreting manufacturing documents and production records accurately Hands-on experience with packaging equipment and materials handling tools such as hand tools and forklifts (certification preferred) Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements, counts, or quality checks Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management and material movement procedures Industrial equipment troubleshooting skills combined with a proactive approach to safety protocol adherence Physical capability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Feeder Catcher and become an essential part of our manufacturing excellence! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
