• In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will work closely with a team to perform daily tasks within the manufacturing environment.

• + Gathering and moving materials to and from the production line. + Gathering finished products and ensuring quality. + Continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process. + Monitoring machine operations.
• Essential Skills
• + Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. + Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift. + Ability to be a team player with strong collaboration skills. + High School Diploma.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience working off a work order. + Experience in any type of industrial environment. + Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and positions.

• Work Environment
• The position is available for 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) and 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am), with respective differentials. The environment is collaborative, working in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals. Compensation varies based on position and shift, with utility helper base at $17.53, and assistant operator base at $19.52, with higher rates for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
