In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring that production standards are met with accuracy and safety. Duties Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to technical drawings and production documents Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure precise construction Maintain adherence to safety standards in production areas by following safety protocols and participating in safety training Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions for practices Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards during assembly processes Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality output Qualifications Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly processes Experience with power tools and hand tools Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents accurately Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to safety protocol adherence Prior experience with lean manufacturing principles or process improvement initiatives is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively Technical proficiency in interpreting complex technical information to ensure precision in assembly tasks This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills within a vibrant manufacturing environment.
