• Operate embroidery machines efficiently and safely to meet production goals.
• Set up machines with correct threads, designs, and order specifications.
• Verify style numbers, thread colors, placement, and orientation for accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and hands-on technical adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Monitor embroidery quality throughout production to ensure customer standards are met.
• Address thread breaks, bobbin changes, and machine issues promptly.
• Record accurate production and quality information on production sheets and systems.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.
• Always follow standard work procedures and safety guidelines.
• Communicate equipment or production concerns to supervisors.
• Support other departmental operations as required. Qualifications
• 2+ years of previous experience operating industrial embroidery machinery.
• Ability to set-up and troubleshoot machinery.
• Read and understand English production paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing is a plus
