Responsibilities:
Safely operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment Oversee equipment startup, shutdown, and daily operation Monitor machine performance and production output Perform basic troubleshooting and respond appropriately to equipment issues Operate touch-screen (PLC) production systems when required Assemble products and components according to specifications Follow work instructions, operating procedures, and quality standards Inspect materials, work-in-process, and finished products for quality and defects Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain production records and documentation as required Identify and report hazards, abnormalities, equipment issues, or production concerns Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and safety initiatives Build positive working relationships with Maintenance and Quality Assurance teams Provide operator coverage during breaks as needed Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, quality, and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
Desired Background/Skills:
We are seeking dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented
ASSEMBLY, PRODUCTION, AND MACHINE OPERATORS
to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will support production by operating equipment, assembling products, inspecting parts, packaging finished goods, and ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing operations. The Machine Operator is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of key equipment, supporting smooth production flow, and maintaining strong communication with maintenance, quality, and production teams. Whether you're looking to start your manufacturing career or bring existing experience to a new opportunity, we offer a supportive environment with training, growth opportunities, and competitive pay. Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred Experience in plastics, vinyl coating, lamination, printing, or similar manufacturing environments is highly desirable Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English Experience operating touch-screen controlled production equipment is a plus Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to identify quality issues and maintain high standards
