Responsibilities Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring parts are correctly assembled according to production documents and technical drawings Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately Use forklifts and manual handling techniques to move materials and products within the facility Interpret production documents and technical drawings to support manufacturing tasks Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments to ensure products meet specifications Follow safety standards in production areas, adhering strictly to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe and efficient environment Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new hires Familiarity with assembly line processes and manual handling techniques is advantageous Experience with interpreting technical drawings or manufacturing documents is a plus Mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments will help you succeed in this role Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks consistently throughout shifts Understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace Previous exposure to lean manufacturing practices or process improvement initiatives is beneficial but not essential Embark on your manufacturing journey with us!
