Norwood, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $36.75 - 38.85 per hour work hours: 3 to 11 education: High School responsibilities: Execute core cGMP operations including component preparation, formulation, sterile filtration, aseptic filling, and visual inspection.
Perform line clearances, equipment setups, washing, sterilization, staging, and routine cleanroom cleaning.
Monitor equipment and process alarms, escalate operational concerns, and document required impact assessments.
Complete accurate, contemporaneous documentation in MES/eBR, logbooks, and perform rigorous batch record reviews.
Support material readiness, inventory control, transfers, and applicable SAP transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support troubleshooting, investigations, and continuous improvement.
qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.Strong attention to detail with proven ability to follow SOPs and complete cGMP documentation.
Ability to work in classified cleanroom environments, including full gowning and aseptic practices.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and issue-escalation skills.
Flexibility to work assigned 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field.2+ years of experience in cGMP pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
Familiarity with aseptic filling, component prep, MES/eBR, and SAP systems. #LI-AH1 skills: SOP Development, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),
