This position is centered around creating premium merchandise for one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry. Responsibilities Operate embroidery machines Run DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing equipment Apply transfers using commercial heat presses Prepare, package, and inspect finished merchandise Maintain a clean, organized production workspace Assist with inventory and production workflow Ensure every order meets our quality standards Qualifications Experience with embroidery, DTF printing, heat presses, or apparel production preferred Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment Training is available for the right candidate with the right work ethic and willingness to learn.
